Drama/Media Literacy

Independently or with a partner, script and video a promotional infomercial for any real or ficticious product, service or company of your choice.

Using MS Word, write out your script in full using persuasive language that will engage your audience.  This will also help you avoid countless retakes.  After revisions and edits, increase the font size to 28 and separate into paragraphs to print into cue cards.  These will be like a teleprompter hung on the wall behind the person filming you as a point of reference should you forget what you're talking about.

Using MovieMaker, create an opening sequence: 2-4 title and caption slides with music BEFORE adding your video.  Finally, include a closing slide(s) with music to end your production.  You will need to adjust music options, start/end points, duration and animation where necessary.  See me for any technical issues that may arrise.

Have fun and be creative!

Angle Properties pg.33

1/  180 - (35+85) = 60 degrees angle x
2/  180 - (72+58) = 50 degrees angle XZY
3/  180 - (35+90) = 55 degrees angle PRQ

4a/ angle x = 180 - (40+70)
                 = 70 degrees
      angle z = 180- 70 degrees
                 =  110 degrees

4b/ angle k = 90 degrees - 25 degrees
                 = 65 degrees

4c/ angle m's = 180 degrees - 120 degrees divided by 2
                    = 60 degrees /2
                    = 30 degrees each

5a/ angle e = 62 degrees
      angle d = 180 degrees - 62
                  = 118 degrees
      angle f = 118 degrees
