·      Food, water, mother to be healthy so she could take care of the family, protection 

RE-TELL:

·      Parvana goes to the market and she gets attacked by a Taliban so she has to run away. Because the women can’t be out on their own.

·      Mrs. Weera: take-charge kind of person; she helps Parvana’s mother get back on her feet; she helps by obtaining food and water.
