Twitter for school

Gr.7s, we will be using Twitter to connect with Ms. D'Costa (Maria Goretti) and Mr. Stamegna's (Holy Spirit) intermediate classrooms.  We will begin posting tweets about our novel study The Breadwinner to begin this new journey on Twitter.  We will pose an open-ended question(s) about the story's theme for everyone to tweet about.

Follow these instructions:

1. set up an account with your first initial followed by your complete last name then simon7 i.e. cbarrancasimon7
2. follow me @dicrocestsimon
3. see who I'm following to follow them as well, namely, Ms. D'Costa and Mr. Stamegna's class

Next, we will add teachers, exchange classlists, possibly pair up students and begin a twitter feed about the novel over the March break.

This Twitter experience with the other schools is completely voluntary, not mandatory.
