Dear Parents,

In our previous math unit on Integers, I touched upon examples of financial literacy including: debit/credit cards vs cash, revenue/expenses, debt/overdraft protection, overspending, break-even point, electronic money transfers etc.  
At this point, I would like to extend an invitation to any parent in the community that has both the interest and some experience in the financial sector to address this topic further with our intermediate students providing them with some real-life, common sense advice about money decisions.
